Purpose of the Position:
-New machining process study and development
-Support solving machining relate problems.
Major Responsibilities:
-Support new product design from DFM/DFA standpoint
-Introduce new technologies for machining process
-New process development based on new design and new technology
-Development local machining supplier
-Continuous Improvement of existing manufacturing equipment as well as assist in the implementation of new programs
